Course Description:

Join Green Ideas for this On-Demand course, designed for current LEED Green Associates and LEED APs. In this course specifically developed for Construction Managers you will learn the skills needed to successfully manage a LEED project such as understanding the LEED documentation process, and learning how to develop and integrate a materials procurement strategy. Understand the important elements and issues for all three phases of a project; pre-construction, construction and post-construction. Learn the key elements for a pre-construction Charrette, how to organize a CM team and script requirements into specifications, scopes of work and contracts for LEED projects. Also review site logistics for construction management, assess commissioning needs and discuss best practices for LEED documentation and project close-out.

You must be registered for GBCIs prescriptive Credentialing Maintenance Program prior to taking this course!
