Course Description:

This case study will examine the results of the AZ Game & Fish Headquarters project, constructed in January of 2008. The course will highlight key aspects of the Construction Manager @ Risk delivery method, benefits and details of engaging in a Public Private Partnership, how the team managed to achieve LEED Platinum certification and how the project was able to engage an investor to fund a 183 kW solar system.
